We were very impressed by Elements (Robert Russell) both for the grout and carpet cleaning. Excellent results and a thorough job was completed. The grout looks so clean and the carpets haven’t looked better. The day before the work was to be done, we called Robert to see if he could change his time and come early as we had an appointment.
